Job Description:

·         Full responsibility for the credit control function.
·         Oversee the credit controllers, manage accounts receivable, all-round credit control and review
·         Support the processes of billing enquires and resolve disputes with internal and external stakeholders
·         Prepare monthly KPI reports on sales ledger including accounts on hold, bad debts and arrears
·         Assist in development of credit policy and credit control system
·         Perform month-end closing & prepare periodic schedules and analysis
·         Supervises and manages AR collection of Asia Pacific region
·         Handle ad-hoc assignments/projects as requested

Job Requirements:

·         Degree Finance/Accounting or Business Administration 
·         5 to 8 years relevant working experience, preferably in global multinational sizable company
·         Solid knowledge in Account Receivables, Billing, Invoicing and credit collection
·         Proficiency in MS office and accounting system, preferably hands on knowledge in ACCPAC  
·         Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
·         Highly-organized, good interpersonal/multi-tasking skill, and must be able to work well under pressure
·         Self-motivated and attention to details
