What is Wealth Management?

Put simply, wealth management is the provision of useful and timely financial advice, helping clients, whether individuals or businesses, to determine their goals, make the right investment decisions and prepare for a financially stable future.

A wealth manager will develop their own group of clients, taking the time to get to know each one and building a long-lasting relationship to develop their financial strategy over the medium to long term.

Overview of the New Entrant Programme (NEP)

• A 9-month training program designed to develop new talent and enhance Partner productivity
• Each phase is supported by an initial 3-day training course before 3 months ‘field work’
• There will be a Final Assessment day course at the end of the program to ensure the Consultant is ready to graduate

Job Requirements:

  • Native English Speaker with Hong Kong Permanent ID card will be preferrable
  • Solid background in sales & marketing, banking, finance, foreign exchange or mortgage broking
  • Bachelor Degree Holder or above in all discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsEnergetic and outgoing
  • Mature and self-motivated
  • Strong ability to network
  • Good communicator
