Job Description:


  • Provide administrative and secretarial supporting including office administration, office supplies and equipment maintenance, document preparation, stationery etc.;
  • Managing meetings and conference room scheduling, travel and accommodation, hotel / air ticket booking etc. for operation team;
  • Update and create administration related records / reports;
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences;
  • Handle up-to-date filing system;
  • Arrange incoming and outgoing courier and mails;
  • Quotation preparation


Job Requirements:


  • Degree holder with 1 year related experience working experience.
  • Good communication skill written and spoken, fluent in Cantonese and English (must)
  • Proficiency in PC operation, MS Office and Excel5.
  • Attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized, proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible
  • Responsible for administrative / Project team administrative work, occasionally has to handle reception duties
  • Knowledge of, or experience in the design & decoration markets
