The Supervisor, Customer Services (Air Freight) will have responsibilities that include:

    Responsibilities
    • Provide customer services on daily air shipment operation;
    • Supervise CS team to support customers’ orders fulfillment and enquiries;
    •  Follow up on daily air shipment and work independently;
    •  Monitor inventory and air freight warehouse activities; 
    •  Prepare reports and analysis on order fulfillment for customers
    •  Assist the Manager for special ad hoc project when necessary
    •  Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirment

    Requirement:
    • F. 5 or above
    • Over 3 years relevant experiences, especially in air freight industry and at least 1 year at supervisory level
    •  Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
    • Capable of handling correspondence independently
    • Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficient in computer operations knowledge
    • Prefer immediate available
